Suspiro Limeno
Susprio Limeno – LADL Flowchart Recipe
Origin: Peru
About: Suspiro Limeno is a famous intensely sweet dessert. It’s name translates to “Limean (from Lima) Woman’s Sigh”, because it is sweet like a woman’s sigh. The dessert is based around manjar blanco, the Peruvian name for the silky smooth caramel-like base known as dulce de leche. It is then crowned with a light and creamy liqueur meringue made from the whipped egg whites.
