About: If you’re looking for a “wow” appetizer or light delicious dinner, this recipe is for you. The pea puree is amazing by itself, but in combination with the buttery soft scallops and crunchy pancetta it’s hard to share with anyone!
Served with:
- Glass of white wine
- Seasoned orzo pasta
Additions:
- Curry powder, 2 tsp – coat the scallops when they are dry
- Mint (fresh), 4 leaves – pureed with the chicken broth and peas
